Product Description

Aggressive and abrasive media such as ore slurries, etching solutions, high viscosity stock in food and paper pulps can be tough on your measuring equipment. Our heavy duty sensors are designed and built to withstand some of the most hostile media worldwide, reducing repair and maintenance times as well as increasing overall system efficiency.

We use PEEK plastics in our heavy duty probes. PEEK plastics are structurally, chemically and physically robust, capable of operating in highly hostile environments, including abrasive slurries and chemical etching solutions.

Our unique and proprietary measuring glass tips minimise tip damage and breakage from both operator error and aggressive media. Solid-state conductive reference material with high ionic conductivity allows for accurate measurement even under difficult process conditions. This material can be optimised for its intended process use, with various salt mixtures and polymer formations allowing for higher resistance to aggressive chemical and physical conditions.
